New Year, New You! Promos: Free Treatments with Packages!

1) All Medical grade Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) requires a physician prescription. For self-pay patients seeking HBOT for an off-label medical condition, the cost for the physician consult is $300 and requires a non-refundable $50 consult deposit at time of scheduling.  This includes medical clearance, physical exam and the prescription. 

2) All transactions are subject to the 4% merchant credit card processing fee. No fee for check or cash. 

3) Any treatment session cancellations or reschedules require TWO business days notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session. 

4) Packages must be used within the following timeframes: 15 days (5 treatment packages) 30 days (10 treatments), 60 days (20 treatments) from the date of first treatment. Packages must be started within (30 days) of purchase. After 60 days, any unused sessions are billed at the current Single Treatment price.  

5) No refunds after packages are 50% or more complete. Any eligible package refunds will forfeit the package discount. No credit card fee refunds, any refunds subject to processing fee. Unused sessions/credit expires 1 year after purchase. Sessions/credits are transferable within our clinic to another patient with a valid prescription.   

6) Your first HBOT treatment can be scheduled directly after the doctor’s consult, a non-refundable $75 treatment deposit is due at time of scheduling. All deposits are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled, or if reschedule is not completed at least 2 business days prior to appointment.

7) ONE single treatment payment amount may be applied towards a package to receive the package discount, with remainder of package payment due on second treatment date.  

8) All discounted pricing is subject to specific patient qualifications. Eligibility is verified during a complimentary case management phone call.  

9) HBOT is HSA/FSA eligible and receipt documentation is provided. Itemized visit reports are available to the patient only, upon request. We are not responsible for submitting medical records to insurance for off-label indications.  

10) Individual Maintenance Sessions are $25 off the Single Treatment price, for established patients who have completed a treatment package. Custom Maintenance Packages are available upon request.
